Very impressed with this thing, overall nice picture, I watched “I am legend”, and I measured the diagonal at 5 feet and some inches. you can adjust the contrast to your liking and the bulb is brighter than most lower end projectors. I was in a hurry to get a real DLP projector, but I am happy with this and will use it for some time to come.

I bought this projector as a Christmas gift for my children. They really like it. I feel that it is well worth the $200 I paid for it. It has a decent picture and the kids like playing video games on it. The first night we had it we made popcorn, projected it on the wall and watched a movie.

Customer Review: Couldn’t get 1080p
I agree that spending ?80 on an HDMI cable could be a waste as cash.

I have a high-end desktop (GTX graphics card etc.) and Sony Bravia W-range 40″ TV and bought this cable to provide high res (1080p / 1920×1080pixel resolution) for both gaming / DVDs / normal desktop apps.

Alas, although the length was great and physical quality of the lead looked impressive, I could not achieve 1080p resolution - the TV and the nVidia control settings just wouldn’t go up to 1080p. To test, I do have a shorter 0.5m HDMI cable (think its QED) which does happily reach 1080p, but is too short - hence buying this 5m cable.

I cannot vouch whether this is perfect for the PS3 or xBox, but for my desktop/TV set it I couldn’t use it and the company returned it without a problem.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THOSES EXTORTIONATELY PRICED HDMI CABLES - There is no need, just do some research on the whole HDMI technology and how the signal works, then you’ll realize that companies are trying to con you!
