Xbox 360 Halo 3 Limited Edition Console

Xbox 360 Halo 3 Limited Edition Console
Customer Review: Oozes Cool….
So it’s only ?20 quid cheaper than the Elite console, who care’s, it’s a thing of beauty, all green and Master Chief ‘ish, go on, treat your self, buy it….

Customer Review: Quick and Easy
Straight out of the box and playing within minutes. The only reason I got an Xbox was to play Halo 3 with pals and online. I paid the extra ?20 quid or so for the halo edition becuase it stands out and is different and is a newer version and less likly to over heat or have problems. (not sure if this is correct but what I have heard).

You are only getting half of the game if you do not use Xbox Live!

Enjoy! I know I am……

Customer Review: xbox360 fight night round 3
This game is absolutly awsome. The gfx on the characters are so realistic you really feel like your watching a real fight “at times”. There is 1 problem i found that annoyed me with game saves. It has autosave on the game and i spent 15 hours playing the game got 750 gamer points and bought shorts etc to make my player better. The day after i played the game and i lost all my money, clothes, player stats and strenths. The only thing it had saved was who i was up against next! This means im playing the next person with far higher strenth because my game didnt save all the info it should have. So overall it only saved the next round but nothing else! Im not playing it all again just to get where i was so its in the bin now. If it wasnt for this problem the game would get my 100% vote. I would still recommend buying it though.
Customer Review: Fight Night Round 3
The first time i played the game, i was amazed, the graphics are stunning and it is so fun, It took me a while to win and pick up the game but when you get into it you enjoy it so much. Harder fights take more effort and in turn your thumb will ache like crazy with the new controls. I only rented it for 2 days and managed to progress through the game quickly and acheived 8 of the 9 acheivements easily. (The last one is rock solid.) Overall, a great game but re-playability is questionable and it could get boring!

Customer Review: Pretty good
It really is amazing how much more comfortable this is. I was chatting with a mate for half an hour and when I took the wired headset off my left ear was aching all day. Clip this on and it’s great! You don’t have to take it off to go to the kitchen or anywhere else and it’s cool letting a friend talk while you play without fumbling and having to set right beside them. You remember when you first got a wireless controller and whenever anyone walked in front you would move it to stop it snagging when you didn’t need to? It feels just like that. Unfortunately my friend trod on mine in a huge hiking boot, but it does mean I can get the Halo 3 one!
Customer Review: Better than the normal headset!
I was wary about buying this headset seeing you get a free one with the xbox and I also had bought the camera which gives you another wired headset. But I bought it on recommendation from a friend. It’s very clear and crisp and the audio is so much better than the wired headset. I’ve toggled between using the two and the difference really is notable. And you can go quite far giving you the freedom to move about. And it’s more comfortable. The only annoying thing, as with all wireless equipment is the recharging but it the batteries do last quite a while. Definately worth buying.

Customer Review: PAIRED WITH A 360 ELITE, THIS IS JUST AS GOOD AS A TOSHIBA HD-XE1 !
I got into HD movies with a Toshiba HD-XE1, which cost me ?450. Having just upgraded our original XBOX 360 to an Elite (mainly because, as a Vista Media Centre Extender, the Elite is MUCH quieter than the original 360), I couldn’t resist buying this 360 HD drive. Bottom Line? I’m selling the Tosh because I find the output of th XBOX HD drive is JUST AS GOOD, through either my Panasonic HD projector or Sharp HD TV. The pairing of this drive with the 360 Elite using HDMI to connect to a decent display is just perfect. This is a great Home Cinema solution, particularly as the Elite doesn’t sound like a jet engine as the old 360 did. I’m delighted!
Customer Review: HD made easy
Put simply, the hd add on for the 360 is great. Simply plug the player into a usb port on the console and install the disk. Comparing the price to an independant hd player makes the add on a superb buy, any 360 owner should seriously think about getting one. But, you will have to download updates from microsoft. Anyone not online will have to be prepared to have the odd dvd that won’t play.

Customer Review: Wii Compatibility
Just so you know, you can now request an adapter free from Joytech to fix the Wii component issue. For those technically inclined, it’s actually just a resistor on the ‘Y’ signal, as the Wii provides too strong a signal for the Joytech Control Centre (and some TV’s).
Customer Review: Just what I needed
Well, all I can say in response to the people above is that it works absolutely fantastically 100% with an old fashioned non-HD TV!

So if, like me, you haven’t made the jump to HD yet, and you’re not planning to just yet - this works brilliantly. I’ve got all my consoles plugged in through composite - from Megadrive to XBox 360, and they all work really well.

The addition of having a network hub built in is great, and the only thing I would add as a “wish” to the product would be to have a web-server interface on it to save the complicated high-score-table-esque naming of the channels.
