I also had the problem where the last part of the serial number was missing but I just went on to the GSP website and they responded within half an hour so I don’t think its fair to give a poor rating because of this. Also you can’t convert copy protected DVDs but I wouldn’t have expected to. Its very easy to use and install, no complaints so far.

Well,it may convert your own movie files , and it does.It may also put them on your psp or ipod , and it does.But can i ask this - does it convert dvds ??Oh no , it doesn’t ,yet it claims this on the front and back ,by sayng “handles ALL formats ” and “allows you to decode dvds” and “select a dvd …convert the files” But wait , when it arrives through the door and you open it,right at the bottom of the box in the smallest,tiniest,most minute writing”this prohibits copying content of a cd/dvd”.Damn it , i ‘ve just wasted nearly ?20. I’m sorry amazon that i have to say this , but i have lost trust in you.When i was looking for a dvd to psp converter on your website,and i typed in “dvd converter”, the FIRST thing that came up was this product.have you not realised that it does NOT convert dvds ???? Along side the above , the whole process was very slow and is not that easy to work. To conclude, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT TO CONVERT DVD !!!!

Customer Review: Does its job!
Well, theres not much to say about a memory card. I admit it is quite costly but remember, this is the gadget you need to hold a decent collection of mp3’s, videos etc. I found that Amazon have the cheapest price for this. All I can really say, is that it works, and for what it does, it’s worth the money at the end of the day.

Customer Review: Not SO cheap afterall…
Not so sure what the rating of this software should be but the price is way too high. After registering my new PSP Lite I quickly discovered one needs a so-called “promotional code” for a free copy of Media Manager… On sonycreativesoftware you can find this for half price and if you do a proper search on an American website, it’s free and only takes up 27MB of space. There you go! We are once again being screwed when our American brothers get this free.. Just like Itunes.. So much for “brotherly love”…
Customer Review: Not worth the money
Program, although good, has to many serious flaws 1. There are better programs available for free that cater better to a PSP users needs 2. The video converter is slow, buggy, outdated, and has bad compression. There are many free video convertors designed specifically for the PSP that do an excellent job 3. It makes things to easy. How hard is it to find a song, and drag it into the music folder. Seriously?? Good piece of kit, one of the better paid AIO, but not honestly worth ther money
